3 Ways To Rejuvenate The Skin While You Sleep

The bags under my eyes are designer. Have you ever wondered what you could do to your skin to look more refreshed come the morning? Here are 5 things to do every night to wake up bright eye and bushy tailed every morning:



1. Eye Cream! Let's start with our dark designer bags. Look for an eye cream that includes an antioxidant or a hyaluronic acid (Skinmedica TNS Eye Repair, $95) to help plump the precious skin under our eyes for a refreshed look that even our concealer is jealous of.


2. Growth Factors! (Skinmedica, TNS Essential Serum, $302) This particular product contains essentially everything we need in a serum so our skin heals itself while we sleep. This has peptides, vitamin C, brighteners, and antioxidants to help fight against free radical damage while we get our ZZZ's. 


3. Retinol! Retinol is a derivative of vitamin that helps promote cellular turnover and even out overall skin tone. This product is only used at night due to it's photosensitive properties so make sure you wear SPF 30+ during the day while using this product.
